Cowboy: Rodgers is when trailing by more than a single point in the 4th quarter against teams with a winning record and he has had two playoff game-winning drives his whole career. Not sure they belong in the same sentence. Not even sure the former is even a sign of ineptitude. Pack has a great QB in Rodgers. Anyone who has watched football during his tenure has seen it. Difference between Packers and every one else is no one chokes like them.
Football — last I knew — was a team game. There are three basic things that have to happen for any given pass to be a completion. That includes putting where only his receiver can get it. So I am not sure what Jennings is talking about. But in the same game two other receivers let TD bound balls go right thru their hands. Were they open? Was the ball delivered where it needed to be? Was the catch made?
None of that was MM, AR, or any other persons fault, except for the two receivers in question. BTW, none of those were Jennings. That game should never have have come down to the last play. I also watch Finley drop 6 passes that hit his hands in the end zone during one season. Last year 3 of ARs 7 interceptions were off of his receivers hands.
There is a pattern here. But, still, win as a team, lose as a team. It is a team game — Jennings should shut up. Thats better than Tom Brady Rodgers has a They had no business whatsoever losing that game, regardless of how Rodgers was playing. In that game Jim Taylor scored the only TD in a game where the Packer offense sputtered when it got close.
Sound familiar? Oh Greg Darling, its about time to let it go. You sound like the prom date that got left at the dance for a cuter girl. Get over it. It must really be a slow news day. Fortunately, all PFT has to do is post a Packers article to get all the mud ducks from Minnesota to start chirping. Viola, automatic site traffic. Greg Jennings has burned bridges everywhere he played. He had it made in GB and turned on Rodgers.
Miami just plain got rid of him and then no team would even sniff at him. Bostick screwed that game. And then the Vikings signed Bostick.
Viking trolls,…… you have to get there to lose it. Damn right he is. Is Rodgers proud to be the starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers? Are Packers fans proud to be fans of the Green Bay Packers?
Damn right we are. Is cheesey a bigger fat-shamer than McCarthy could ever pretend to be? In fact, he wants to make a name for himself as a stalking, hating, shamer. He talked about that a little bit and said, 'This challenges him as a coach. Rodgers did make it back in Week 15, but the Packers failed to make the postseason. When Jennings signed with the Vikings in , his QB situation was just a tad different.
If you're a great receiver without the great quarterback that brings you down a notch, almost to where you begin to question yourself. I can't even put into words, and again, no disrespect to them, it's just about how great these other two guys were. Neither Keenum nor Foles started in Week 1. It's not Jennings' job to try to mesh with quarterbacks anymore.
