When visiting with Tenpenny, players can find him shooting at targets from his balcony. He reveals what he is doing is a 'Wasteland Safari'. Tenpenny will shoot at wasteland creatures, ghouls, and sometimes even people walking too closely to the tower. Players will not be able to see the bodies of his victims on the ground if they search.
With the way Tenpenny behaves, it should come as no surprise he is one of the only characters with 'Very Evil' karma. At one time, Tenpenny Tower was supposed to have its own radio station. The DJ would have been Allistair Tenpenny, most likely being available for players inside of or close to Tenpenny Tower. Tenpenny would even have his own 'truisms', or proverbs for those in the wastes.
