I think that Integral Quality Care is a fine company. The most enjoyable part of my job is locating a provider to care for the members and assisting the Case Management department will single case agreements.

I enjoyed working with my Manager and multiple teams; who made working with IQC joyful. Pros Smaller Company; more intimate relationship with each team. Cons Most of the administrative functions are outsourced and it is a challenge to resolve issues. Absolutely Poor Management Sr.

The work environment is hostile and disorganized. There is no sense of direction other than demands for productivity. The culture and support staff was always great, as were the benefits and compensation. However, the management was very far removed from most day to day activities, which cause disconnect.

Depending on positions held within the Organization, some departments are severely understaffed causing undue stress on those required to carry the load.
