I loved the ability to determine personal emails from virtually anyone on the web with RocketReach.
I was assigned a project recently that regarded public relations, partnership, and outreach responsibilities and RocketReach not only connected me to prospective individuals but allowed me to streamline my search approach on the basis of location, skill set, and keyword.
Prior to RocketReach, we would reach out to people through professional networking sites like Linkedln. But it was frustrating for us to have to wait for people to accept our connection requests if they accepted them at all and sending is too expensive.. With the shear number of contacts we've been able to find using RocketReach, the platform has probably saved us nearly five years' worth of waiting.
It's the best, most effective email search engine I've used yet, and I've tried a few. Both in the scope of the searches, and in the number of accurate emails found, I find it surpasses others.
I also like the layout, which is easy on the eye, more attractive and efficient. The bottom line is that it has been a effective tool in my work, as a non-profit reaching out to leadership.
Before RocketReach, the process of sourcing email addresses consisted of scouring the internet, asking mutual friends, or stalking on LinkedIn. The most frustrating part was how time consuming this all was.
Finding emails for contacts turned into a one-and-done instead of a week long process. Looking up emails for a targeted outreach was manual and enormously time consuming. If you work in customer service you don't get an attitude and scold the customer. The way I was talked to was extremely rude. They don't have a working customer service phone number for the United States so messaging is the only way you'll get anything done If I wasn't giving out my address to the whole world by including the screenshot picture, I would include it in this message to prove the error was completely theirs.
Overall awful exprience and it's still not resolved. They had a no refunds, exchange only policy for on sale items. I purchased the coat and when it arrived, the item was not close to how it was depicted on their website. It was incredibly cheap and looked like a very poorly made version of what was in the photo on-line. It seemed to be a bait and switch tactic. Since this is my first purchase with this online retailer, I did not want to exchange the item for anything else fearing the quality would be equally abhorrent.
The complaint number assigned is [redacted]. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Review: I purchased a skirt for my wife at societyofchic. I have sent several emails to them regarding the tracking number and nothing happend. Oct 1st they fianlly send a tracking number which is not a real tracking number [redacted] tracking [redacted] when you type this tracking number it says "No tracking information found.
Please verify your tracking number and try again later" but I'm tired of trying. I have try to call that number many times and nobody pick up the phone or voice mail.
I just want this peaple not to do this to other people. Desired Settlement: I just want to get my money back. I just want every consumer to know what this company is doing. Review: I purchased a dress that is nothing like the item shown on website.
I notified society of chic immediatley and sent it back the next day. They have not refunded me my money. They say they did but it does not show up on my [redacted], bank or debit card. I even went directly into bank for the issue and nothing shows up. The company has been very difficult to get a hold of and has still not sent the refund.
They also want to charge a restocking fee which I think is not fair for all the time I have asked for response or refund. Its been over two weeks and I still have not received a refund. I have been more than patient but this is getting ridiculous. I want my full payment back. They only sent on screen shot of " return" but it shows nothing.
Doesnt show how or when it got returned or to which card or account. I have a real estate office and we can send that info to clients if needed with last four digits of card. Desired Settlement: I will only accept a refund in check to be sure I take myself to bank to place in my account as I feel this is a scam. The item was delivered to the customer on July lst 14 business days later. From July 28th through August 4th, there was an exchange of 10 emails between us.
Apparently, [redacted] credited the customer's debit card the one she used to make the original purchase on July 23rd although the customer claims to have not received the credit. We contacted [redacted] then and as recently as 3 days ago when we received a notification from your office to confirm that the deposit was made.
They assured us that the deposit was indeed made, and that the responsibility lies between the customer and her bank. Which we had told the customer repeatedly in August. This matter might have been resolved more equitably but when the customer threatened us with the Revdex.
Review: On October 25, I ordered a coat for my birthday from a boutique www. I felt the coat was taking to long to arrive so I tried to cancel my order but it was to late.
Once I finally received the coat November 7, after my birthday I discovered it was the wrong size and of poor quality it looked nothing like the online picture. So I emailed the company and was told I could exchange the coat I really need a coat so I went along with the exchange.
I returned the first coat the sent November 9, Once I finally received the new coat and I am far more disappointed this time than I was the first time. I asked for my money back but because it was an sale item I can only exchange the coat.
I am tall and slim young lady but I do have curves as well and I can not fit the XL extra large in their coats. I will not be able to fit the clothes for exchanges. I'm a college student and I do not work that money was given to me from my mother to get a coat for winter. After sending countless emails I finally received an email stating that a return will be issued.
Two days later I returned the second coat and it had been 8 days and the return of my money has not been issued. Business Response: We just received your request for information yesterday, the first of its kind from your office although we did receive an invitation to register with Revdex. The mails must be slow this time of year. So, we hope that your December 26th deadline can be waived in this case. In the month between the time the customer first ordered clothing from us on October 25th and-the time she decided to turn to the Revdex.
In a continuing effort to maintain the positive reputation we have earned through more than 10, successful transactions this year alone, we will further refund the additional shipping costs the customer Sig-nerdy, Managing Director. Review: Placed an order. The order was returned - via tracking no. Company was provided with tracking no. They are failing to now respond to emails. We have contacted requesting that she contact your office to remove this complaint.
Thank You. Review: To whom this may concern: I have ordered 3 clothing items from this site. I was glad to find such wonderful trendy items for a great Mark down price. However, I was very disappointed when I received my purchase in the mail. These outfits look nothing like the pictures they show on their website societyofchic.
I even took comparison pictures of my outfits to the pictures they show online. One faux leather jacket I ordered is far too short, fabric is cheap and very thin, I mean I can tell you that I can tear the jacket in half with my own hands which I have not but that's how cheap it is, and also the fur around the collar is not as full as shown on this picture.
